Synopsis: Clinical research study of a novel protein, AMG 162, which has been shown in animal studies to regulate bone metabolism by inhibiting the cells that break down bone. This study will evaluate the effect of AMG 162 on bone mineral density in post menopausal women who have low bone mineral density.
