Synopsis: This is a randomized, triple-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study to investigate the safety of pramlintide treatment using pramlintide dose-titration coupled with insulin adjustments in subjects with type 1 diabetes who are actively trying to improve their glycemic control.
